Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. General information

This privacy policy describes how SIA "Chademy" (hereinafter "Chademy", "we", "our") collects, uses and protects the personal data that our visitors and users provide when visiting this website and using our services. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following personal data: • Registration data: first name, last name, email address, chosen password (in encrypted form). • Payment data: billing information (we do not store full card details — they are processed by a secure payment service provider). • Usage data: pages visited, clicks, session duration, device and browser information. • Communication data: messages you send us by email or through the contact form.

3. Why we collect data

We process personal data for the following purposes: • To provide access to courses and platform features. • To process payments and send invoices. • To contact you about orders, updates and support. • To improve how the platform works and the user experience. • To send marketing communications (only with your consent).

4. How long we keep data

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or to meet legal obligations: • Account data — while the account is active or until you ask us to delete it. • Payment data — 5 years, in accordance with accounting laws. • Marketing consent — until withdrawn.

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with: • Payment processors (for example, Stripe) — for secure payment processing. • Marketing tools (for example, email delivery services) — only with your consent. • Public authorities — where required by law. All service providers operate in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights: • Right of access — to request information about the data we hold. • Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate data. • Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data ("the right to be forgotten"). • Right to restriction — to request that processing be restricted. • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format. • Right to object — to object to processing for marketing purposes. To exercise these rights, contact us: info@mor-data.com

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We don't use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools. Necessary: these can't be switched off in cookie settings, because without them signing in, opening purchased courses and saving your choices don't work. They aren't used for analytics or advertising: • Clerk (sign-in service): the cookies __session, __client_uat and other Clerk cookies, plus a cache of Clerk settings in browser storage (__clerk_environment). They keep you signed in and protect your account. Clerk sets their lifetimes; the session token is refreshed regularly while you are signed in. Cloudflare security cookies may also be used on Clerk's domains. • chademy_consent: your cookie choice; 12 months. • NEXT_LOCALE: the language you chose; until you close the browser. • chademy_ref: a partner code you enter yourself on the Partners page, so a purchase gets the discount and is credited to that partner; 30 days. • chademy_phone_prompt_later: remembers that you chose “Later” on the phone number prompt; 30 days. • Payments take place on Stripe's page (checkout.stripe.com), where Stripe uses its own cookies for payment security and fraud prevention under Stripe's terms. Optional, only with your consent: • External video: YouTube (Google), Vimeo and Loom (Atlassian) players in course lessons. They load only if you allow “External video” in cookie settings, or press “Allow and play this video” for a specific video (that video only; your saved choice does not change). We use the privacy-enhanced modes where they exist (youtube-nocookie.com, Vimeo “do not track”; Loom offers none and also sets analytics cookies on its own domain), but the providers still receive your IP address and device data and may set cookies on their own domains under their own privacy policies. If you withdraw consent, the players are no longer loaded; you can delete any YouTube, Vimeo or Loom cookies already stored through your browser settings. Other external requests: fonts load from Google Fonts and Fontshare, and some course pages show images from Unsplash. These services receive your IP address; our website sets no cookies for them. The voice agent demo on the homepage connects to Vapi only after you press the call button, and asks for microphone access. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the page footer or the dashboard menu. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, but signing in will then stop working.

8. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time. We will tell you about material changes by email or with a notice on the platform. By continuing to use our services after the changes, you accept the updated policy.
